The coolest desktop picture....Ever!

I don't know if you know, but I'm a big Mac guy. Yup. So, I was reading TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) and they posted about this desktop app called OSXplanet. It's sorta like a geochron (wikipedia it if you don't know what it is). I takes the world and slap on your computer. It shows where the sun is currently shining and where its not, it was that cool night light thing around the cities. It can also show clouds, satellites, storms, earthquakes, and volcanoes. In short, it's frickin sweet. It doesn't stop at planet Earth either. It can also display the Moon, Sun, and all the other planets, including the now dwarf-planet Pluto. If your running the marvelous OS X, then head over to the OSXplanet site and have a looksy.

Also, if your into astronomy and planets and stuff, check out Stellarium, a badass app for all platforms, that puts the cosmos on you're computer, and Celestia another cross-platform planetarium app.

New Line Rider Version!

You must have lived under a rock for the past few months not to have heard about a little flash game called Line Rider This game is basically binary crack. This game is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. Today i surfed over to Linerider.com for my daily fix and low and behold, it's been updated. Now you can access a ton of new features. Head over to the site but be warned, this game is addictive.

Total T-Shirt Badassery

While skimming through the vast interwebs, I stumbled upon a blog featuring a t-shirt. This tee has the entire history of Nintendo in pretty little pictures from the NES of years past the gleaming Wii. I own or have owned seven of these bad boys soon to be eight with the arrival of a Wii. Not a bad collection at all. The Virtual Boy is missing from this family reunion, how strange.... 20,000 Hits...and No Comments

Hooray, the blog recieved its 20,00th hit today, less then 24 hours after its creation. With all of this traffic, not a single piece of feedback...

*UPDATE 1* Apparently my counter was off....by 16,000 hits. Its now reading in the hundreds. yeah....

*UPDATE 2* I removed the counter becuase is wasn't...well...counting. It would jump around all sorts of figures so I finally said screw it. Good riddance.

New Logo!

I was finally able to Photoshop the original TurboGrafx-16 logo into the logo for the blog. However, I couldn't make the actual image the actual title. It had to go in the description
